When representing company names in text, please follow the rules below.

“ KYOCERA ” and other proper nouns ( excluding place names ) must be written in all uppercase letters.

When creating the official English company name logo, or when it is necessary to represent the company name in text ( such as in group company lists ) , please follow the prescribed rules to ensure consistency.

Other common nouns and place names must be written with only the initial letter capitalized.

When representing the company name in Japanese text

Examples of proper nouns

When representing the company name in Japanese text, write it as “ Kyocera ” without “ Kabushiki Kaisha, ” except in cases where its inclusion is specifically required.

If “ Kabushiki Kaisha ” is added, do not abbreviate it ( e.g., “ Kyocera K.K. ” ) , but write it in full as “Kyocera Kabushiki Kaisha.”
In addition, do not use the company name logotype within text; represent it using the same typeface as the body text.
